The Noehren's

The past 2 weeks were loaded with lots of swimming, seeing Cars 2 and other fun stuff - but the highlight for Haley by far was flying to Connecticut all by her big-girl-self to spend a week with Mimi and Papa and gang.  I think it's safe to say that Haley just had the Best Week E.V.E.R!  Here are a zillion pictures of her week!  Here is a shot of Haley before she left in Cincinatti and one when she arrived in CT.  I think the 2 hour flight must have done wonders for her mood...hehehe.   She got to hang out with her Aunt Bubba, ...And Aunt Mic and meet Mic and Dan's new baby girl Lillian! This week Haley finished her swim lessons and then we took off for our yearly summer family camping trip.  We wanted to go to the Smokey Mountains and explore the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge areas, but every single camping site was booked!  I was so bummed until we decided to go to another area we've been wanting to explore - Land Between the Lakes National Recreational Area in western Kentucky. Here we are heading out on our big adventure!  On the way, we stopped at 'Lincoln Boyhood Home at Knob Creek'- which come to find out was his neighbor's home on Abe Lincoln's dad's land.  Oh well, it was cool anyway.  He would have played and hung out in the same area.  Here is the stream by the house that Abe Lincoln was saved from drowning in.
