The Noehren's

We woke up to a bunch of snow this morning and had a ton of fun playing in it. Here is Grant pulling Haley ...and Haley pulling Grant Who knew riding big wheels into a big pile of snow could be so fun! Here I am sporting my new Sorels - talk about toasty feet! They weren't kidding about the -25 rating! They are HUGE, but I love them! And here is the master snow plower - the funny part is this picture is taken in the road...yes, he even plows the road by hand :)

Who knows why, but Haley has always liked snakes...we however, do not. So, we've reached a common ground with stuffed animal snakes, looking at snakes at the zoo/pet stores etc. but will always stick to our firm ruling that she can have all the snakes she wants - as long as they are fake. So yesterday she brings home her new library book from school with life size pictures of snakes (ew!) which inspired the supersized homemade snake I came home to last night made by Brian and the kids. Doesn't every mother want an adorable picture of their kids wrapped up in a snake? So cute, yet so icky all in one!

Yesterday was the 100th day of school for Haley. She was excited to sport her fancy new glasses in commemoration. She was telling me all about the festivities at school and then with great saddness told me that they don't celebrate 100 day in second grade and how she wants to be in first grade forever. What a cutie!

It's official - I am the last mormon mother/wife to have a blog! I have put it off for years - and promised to finally get one once we moved to Kentucky...and it's been 6 months already! So - no more excuses - I am ready to blog, blog, blog :) I'm actually quite excited and have been looking at all of your blogs to figure out what to do! I hope this will be a great way for family and friends to keep in touch and see/read the random musings of the Noehren clan. Enjoy!
